Our Solutions

Managing a waste treatment facility requires the ability to adapt to changing conditions. Change in waste composition, gate fees, personnel, wear of components and regulations. It can all dramatically change the plants business model.

WTT Services provides high-level servicing support at more that 50 facilities world-wide, varying from single annual inspection visits, till daily onsite and 24/7 remote support. Based on the needs and goals of our client we come up with an effective solution for all kinds of of organic waste treatment techniques and odor abatement solutions.

Helpdesk & Emergency Support

Failures and defects may occur. WTT’s team of PLC and SCADA specialists is available 24/7 to provide you with the right support to make sure your facility is up and running as soon as possible again. To do that, onsite works can be initiated and carried out under our supervision.

Plant Audits & Inspections

WTT’s Service specialist will inspect your installation and conduct an audit. The purpose of the audit is to check the general state of the installation, the state of maintenance, cleaning and compliance with health and safety regulations. After completion we share our “ndings with the management team by sending our report with “ndings and advises on potential improvements. Audits ensure a safe, pro”table and long-lasting plant operation.

Remote Monitoring Reports

In our Control Room our team of experienced Process Technologists monitor the plant’s performances 24/7. WTT’s specialists analyze your process data and spot trends to help you optimize your operations.

Process Optimization

We do more than monitoring the process. An e#cient biological process is essential when trying to maximize your compost quality or biogas production. Therefore we can add new process recipes or change existing parameters, all being done under the direct control and supervision of our specialists.

Training

WTT is enthusiastic about sharing knowledge since every waste treatment plant and waste stream composition is unique. We visit facilities worldwide
and train new and existing operators to improve the level of knowhow. Most training sessions consist of a theoretical and practical part and end with an exam. We always o!er a certi”cate to the operators who successfully pass the training.

Spare Parts

WTT has the technical expertise to compose emergency packages and has good relationships with suppliers of original spare and wear parts. Therefore we are able to o!er packages and individual parts at attractive prices for biological and mechanical treatment facilities. With the help of our integrated procurement system we are able to manage our clients spare parts logistics completely in time.

Cleaning In Place
